ESJET Printing

Digital printing offers an important tool for solution processing of organic materials. While inkjet printing is already well established it is limited with respect to resolution down to 10 – 20 µm and with respect to the ink viscosity. Electrospinning jetting widens the range of materials for digital printing with a higher viscosity range than for inkjet as well as the perspective of increased resolution down to 1 µm. The setup of such a system with first printing achievements towards printing of OLEDs at pixel resolutions below 10 µm will be presented.
